Every service you purchase in our website will be delivered online.

We will send it to you via Mail and/or a WhatsApp message.

Delivery time ranges between 7 to 14 days.

We do not offer any physical products.

We do not offer warranty for any of our products because they are delivered online.

Cancellation and Refunds

Our refund and cancellation policy last until you receive the service.

After you have received the service you are not eligible to a refund and you cannot return it.

Our refund and cancellation policy does not apply to Online Coaching Services.

You are not eligible to refund or return any Online Coaching Service after the payment in any case.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received we will check if are eligible and if you are we will issue a refund straight away. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
